Tucked down a little private path, this utter gem of a cottage is as good as it gets! Butler’s Cottage, a Grade II listed building with a long history dating back hundreds of years, is the absolute epitome of a classic Burford cottage – historic, hidden, quirky, luxurious and spacious, we love it from top to bottom.
Inside is a thoughtfully and exquistely furnished home, the kitchen packed with kit, the dining and living rooms smart, simple and beautiful, while upstairs the three large bedrooms are lavished with top-notch beds and two bathrooms, one a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom reminding us that you’re never far from a little bit of Burford’s eccentricity!
An exceptional holiday property for families or couples who love the Cotswolds.

“Karin, thank you so much for teaching me how to ride. Having spent 30 years and thousands of pounds on lessons, being confused and never feeling in control, i.e. always anxious and not really enjoying riding.
I found you and after only a handful of lessons, where you’ve explained everything so clearly and identified several reasons why I haven’t been in control.
Today’s lesson was great and I feel for the first time in my life that I’m riding, more in control and loving it… if only I’d found you all those years ago.
Heartfelt thanks, Louise.
Now back to my breathing and my riding hat!”Louise
