The mounted weekend and 4-day courses run monthly from April through to October.

Private Training Days - with Karin
Especially designed for those who are unable to attend a Mary Wanless intensive mounted course due to time constraints, or those preferring not to be in a group with others.
Outline Timetable - this is fully flexible as Karin will assign her entire day to you:

12.30 Feldenkrais lesson
13.30 Lunch (bring own, or visit local pub)

Mounted lessons - for those new to RWYM this will cover the biomechanics basics, assessing your starting place and identifying ways to progress you towards your goals. For those already familiar with this work, the next steps will be ascertained and developed. Progression will be at your own pace, ensuring you fully understand each piece as we go. By the end of your time at Overdale you will have a checklist of pieces to take home to practice.
Dismounted sessions - again, tailored to your specific requirements, this could cover RWYM theory, exercises, groundwork, stable management or specific topics you wish to discuss. If you have something particular in mind, then please let Karin know when you book, or prior to arrival.
Feldenkrais lesson - for those booking Private Training the options are a hands-on Functional Integration (FI) lesson, or a verbally directed Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson. For those sharing a Semi-Private an ATM will be taught.
